Vacuum freeze-drying technology is currently the most advanced food dehydration processing technology internationally. Compared with commonly used drying methods, freeze-dried foods produced using this technology have long shelf life, good rehydration properties, and excellent color, aroma, taste, and nutritional content. After drying, the volume and shape of the food remain basically unchanged, and the substance is sponge like without shrinkage. It can be widely used in fields such as vegetables, fruits, seasonings, aquatic products, biological products, drugs, beverages, specimens, etc.
The QFN-DGJ-FD series vacuum freeze-drying equipment is a new generation of food processing equipment developed by our company based on absorbing advanced foreign technology and combining the advantages of domestic peer products. It is a new contribution made by our company to the food processing industry for a long time.
The QFN-DGJ-FD series vacuum freeze-drying equipment mainly includes: food pre freezing system, drying chamber system, heating system, vacuum system, refrigeration system, material conveying system, media system, pneumatic system, and cleaning and disinfection system.
Working principle
The so-called vacuum freeze-drying is a drying method that involves pre treating a substance containing water, rapidly freezing it at -30 ℃ and creating a vacuum environment to sublime the water from a solid state to a gaseous state, in order to remove the water and preserve the substance.
Product Features
The vacuum system adopts a combination of water seal pump and oil seal pump. In the initial stage, the air is quickly pre pumped by a high-power oil seal pump group to maintain the working vacuum, and a low-power Roots water seal pump group is used. It can reduce energy consumption, and at the same time, the water seal pump can extract water vapor, avoiding the disadvantages of oil seal pumps due to poor drainage performance, water vapor causing emulsification and deterioration of pump oil, and resulting in unstable vacuum degree in the system.
Heating is a closed water circulation system, which uses a three-way regulating valve to automatically adjust the heat supply of the water circulation system, accurately control the temperature of the heating plate, and automatically set the pressure with nitrogen to ensure that the working temperature of hot water is up to 120 ℃.
Adopting rear and bottom mounted water trap, compared with split external cold trap, the passage is shorter, the resistance is smaller, the water vapor passage is designed smoothly, the water capture is uniform, and the water capture efficiency is improved. The water trap adopts the unique method of ammonia single cycle refrigeration, which has better stability and is easier to operate compared to the commonly used liquid supply method. Small and medium-sized equipment can use Freon refrigeration, with the supply flow rate adjusted by an expansion valve.
